Hotel decent for one night and located close to Bukit Bintang.
The windows were locked by opague blind (but no matter if it is only to spend the night). The towels were dirty. We had two single beds, not so great for a couple. A bit noisy.

Good location a short walk to Bukit Bintang and food stalls of Jalan Alor. Clean, comfortable rooms and good bathroom and strong shower. Comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi!
Air-con positioning blowing into the bed. Some rooms fronting busy road so may need to ask for the rooms at the back. The price was a bit high for room without breakfast.

Had really comfortable 1 night here. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and incredible, gave us great tips. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was quick. Moreover, we could park the car nearby. The location was decent, relatively close to Petaling Street. Besides, it was near to attractions including major shopping centres such as KLCC and Pavillion, the famous local shopping malls like pavillion, berjaya times square and so on, and the convenience store.

Very clean hotel. Room service was fantastic. The AC was really strong which is good for me.
The reception doesn't know anything. Simply do not know anything apart from check in check out. Asked about nearby pubs, possible Astro channels, wifi for multiple devices, all answered "don't know". Quite frustrating at times

The hotel offers a fantastic, modern experience with a convenient location close to attractions and excellent breakfast options. The iPad-controlled amenities and comfy bed made the stay enjoyable, though the prayer room could use some improvement. A lovely visit with great service.

I absolutely loved my short stay! The room was incredibly cozy with a big comfy bed and cutting-edge tech like an iPad to control everything, which was super fun. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the dimsums that I couldn't get enough of! I was also impressed by how well the small space was utilized. everything had its place without feeling cramped. I'd definitely choose this spot again for my next visit!
